Do you print yourself or give it to someone else?

We have invested in wide range of machineries. All products in this website is printed and shipped by our team. 

What if the design/size I require is out of stock?

In this case, you could contact us via e-mail at [email protected] and we will send you a notification as soon as the product is back in stock in your required size.

Is Print Durable?

Yes, Printing is durable. We have tested up to 100 Washes. However we will provide you washing instructions to preserve the printing for many years.

Shipping and Payment information

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive After I Make Payment?

If you place your orders within Karnataka should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification and depending on the volume of orders received.

How do i Track my order?

When we ship your order, you will receive tracking link, you will be notified throughout the process until your order is delivered.

Can i return a product after i received it?

No, we don’t accept the product from the customer once it is delivered. We work on a print on demand concept. T Shirt will be exclusively printed for you when you order. Our team will ensure the product will be printed and packed safely with the right product you order. We inspect the damage and quality of the product before we ship it. Hence we ensure you that no wrong product or damaged product will be delivered to you from Kudure.com Team. Even though without our conscious if you received different product or damaged then contact us at [email protected] or call us at +919916308425. We will make arrangement for replacement.

What Are the Payment Methods Available?

At the moment, we accept only UPI, Wallets, net-banking, Credit/Debit cards.

*COD option is removed to avoid the misuse of the option.

Payment/Transaction Failure

Cancellations:

  • Customers will not have cancel option when they place the order. In that case, if you wish to cancel the order immediately, then you have to contact us through email [email protected] (Remember: email only, not WhatsApp).
  • Customers are not eligible for cancellation if the order has been shipped. If you want to cancel, then you have to contact us via [email protected] and give us genuine reason to cancel your order. (Remember: email only, not WhatsApp)

Refund:

  • If your canceled order is prepaid, then we will initiate refund process by deducting 5% within seven working days.
Why was my order was cancelled or failed ?
  1. Incomplete Transaction : You may cancelled the payment or unintentionally pressed back button during payment.  
  2. Technical issue : If you complete payment process and it shows order cancelled after a while, kindly contact us.
